Client satisfaction is our main focus and we are constantly trying to improve our service and overall costumer experience. Therefore we have asked you, our guests, to help us improve on our service so that we may better ourselves and the service we provide. Making the experience even better for future guests. So far the feedback has been excellent but as with everything in life there is always room for improvement. Here is what those before you have had to say based on our daily "Customer Experience Survey 2009".The "other" options on the menu were "So so.." and "Poor" and although only 97,8% of our guests chose "Excellent" and "Good" the others actually forgot to choose one. We just didn´t feel comfortable choosing for them. We try not to show this to our guides, it might go to their head. There are thousands of guests that join us on our trips every year and we advise people everyday on what level of trip they should join. The results from this poll made us the happiest of all, knowing that everyone that joined us in 2009 reported feeling safe on our trips. As we all know everyone´s risk tolerance is different and we feel that we managed to balance of a fun and exciting hike or climb to all our participants.
We strive to offer detailed information at our sales office and base camp. Our sales and service department is mostly put together with guides so when you call us or come in for a chat you are most likely talking directly with a guide. Therefore receiving first hand, experienced advice and information.
